New Table Top Art

Just as I promised, here is a preview of our new creations. All of the wood pieces , including the table, are made out of the reclaimed wood from my old house. I am so excited to share it with you. In the next few posts I will share with you pictures of our designs along with a description. I don't have all of these items listed on my website yet, but if you are interested just contact me at jen@thefunkyshack.com . These wonderful pictures were taken by local photographer Alicia Caruso. Enjoy!

I wanted to share our new venture with you. My husband and I are creating designs and crafting out of reclaimed wood. We have just started so our ideas and fininshed products may be a little primitive at the moment. These pictures are not our work, but I used this board to inspire and spark some new ideas. We have finished a few handcrafted tables and will share those pictures with you soon. I also created some rustic wood bud vase place card holders and ceterpieces. I loof forward to sharing these designs with you soon.

Rustic Tables

Peas in a PodWhat caught my eye in this inspirtation board is the wonderfully rustic tables as a focal point. That is what we are all about at The Funky Shack. One of my current projects(actually it is my talented husbands project) is making tables from reclaimed wood. We have some beautiful wood from an old 1800's house that we lived in for about 6 years. Someday I will share that story with my readers. Back to the tables, I will share pictures with you as soon as the first table is crafted.
