We have designed and shipped custom orders from Atlanta to Australia and everywhere in between.  Most of the time it is wrapped and shipped never to be seen again.  It is always a treat when we can see our work especially when it is transformed into a spectacular work of art.
Ryan from Slate Studio had a specific color and texture in mind for his board.  Once we perfected and it was given to okay by Ryan it was on the way from Atlanta to LA.
He had a very talented artist and designer, Annica, from Dirty Bandits fly from New York to LA to complete the perfect sign.
I think it turned out fabulous!!

Gorgeous Fall Floral Design

All I can say is "wow" when I look at the amazing  floral design by Jackson Durham. Heath and his team make a huge space feel so intimate and warm.  I love the simple but elegant hydrangeas on the farm tables and the huge rustic displays in the entry, on the outdoor table, and on the side table. I was excited to see that Heath incorporated our mirror into his design.  It was such a pleasure to work with the Jackson Durham team.

This is our vintage milk glass table with mixed vintage china and handcrafted pennants.  Our milk glass was filled with bright cheery florals from Bedazzled Flower Shop.

The Big Event~Rustic Elegance

We were so excited to display several totally different table designs at The Big Event Confessions of a Bridal Party.  Vinewood was the absolute perfect place to hold such an amazing and unique event. Here are some of my pictures of our rustic elegance design. As you can clearly see I am not a professional photographer. The professional pictures will come later from Ana Lombardi Photography and Chey Photography.  We we so lucky to have our rustic pieces filled with  gorgeous floras by Southern Stems.

Sneak Peek of The open house

I can't believe it has been a week since our open house!! If you weren't with us Friday night you missed some amazing candlelight!! We had so much fun and met some beautiful brides that are giving us the honor of sharing their big day with them!!  I have to say that both Jennifer and I have been so excited and are obsessed with each and every wedding!! Our calendar is filling up faster than we could have ever imagined. We are looking forward to each and every event!!!!

Here is a little peek of what we have been working on lately at The Funky Shack.  We have awesome new studio space in Senoia (right behind The Veranda).  It is a perfect place to sit down with our brides and design a beautiful and fabulous wedding.
